Today is International Chefs Day and we are incredibly lucky: we work every single day with some of the best.

People who are so much more than cooks. They are artists in the way they imagine, and artisans in the way they work, test, refine, and respect each ingredient. People who manage to transform something seemingly simple into an unforgettable experience, and who never stop looking for a way to do better.

It's a privilege to be part of that process, even in a small step. We cultivate the produce, but it's you who breathe new life into it, who take it further, and who constantly challenge us to seek out different things.

Thank you for the trust, the high standards, and the curiosity. For the tough questions, the unexpected ideas, and for reminding us that, in the kitchen, there's always something more to discover.
