This is how the first days of the year look like at Microgreens:

• Harvesting, harvesting, harvesting;
• Sowing and planting every day – because to harvest later, you need to sow now;
• When it doesn’t rain, we take the chance to weed – invasive weeds never rest;
• Deep cleaning and infrastructure maintenance;
• Transformation – using the time and surplus to create new added-value products;
• Planning – a new year, new goals, plenty to plan, and even more to accomplish.

January is a calm but important month, as this calmness allows us to fine-tune and oil this great machine so it works with more efficiency, precision, and harmony throughout the year.
