Why we do not work with distributors (and why it makes all the difference!)

We are often asked these questions:
“Do you work with distributors?”
“Can we resell your products?”
“Why aren't you in more stores?”

The answer is simple: because our product was not made to wait.

Time is the main ingredient

Edible flowers and microgreens are not shelf products; they are living products.

Between harvest and the plate, every hour counts. Whenever there is a middleman in the process, there is also more time, more handling, and more storage.

Distributor - Warehouse - Retailer - Shelf

Every stage adds days, and we work in hours.

Our model is direct: we harvest to order and deliver the next day.
No detours. No pauses. No compromises with calendars that do not respect the rhythm of nature.

More control, more quality

By not working with distributors, we maintain total control over:

- when we harvest;
- how we pack;
- how we transport;
- when it reaches the customer.

We do not delegate freshness. We do not outsource quality. And we do not put our name on anything that is no longer at its peak.

Growing isn't about being everywhere

Could we be in more points of sale? Probably. But we prefer to be on the right plate, at the right moment.

Our priority is not scale. It is excellence. And that is only possible by maintaining a direct relationship with those who truly value the product.

Direct from the farm. No shortcuts. No concessions.

Working without distributors is not a limitation.
It is a strategic choice. A choice for freshness, consistency, sustainability, and respect for the natural timing of the product.

Because when you work with something living, the shortest path is always the best.
