If Microgreens were a person, it would now officially be a teenager — and like any teenager, it's full of energy, questions, ideas, and a desire to shake things up. We're no longer the kids who started in a makeshift greenhouse with more passion than resources — but we’re not “grown-ups” in the boring sense of the word either.

We're at that golden age: we know who we are, but we're not afraid to change. We have body, soul, and purpose. We've learned a lot, but our drive is still unstoppable.
Like a person, we believe time only makes us better — that with every cycle, every season, every challenge, we become more refined, more aware, more capable. Growing inward, not just outward.

We're proud of what we've built: products with character, customers who trust us, and a team that is passionate about what they do. But the most beautiful part of all this is that there's still so much to do: new flavors to discover, new ways to grow, serve, create, and new people to inspire.

We started with little. An idea, a lot of drive, and the conviction that there was room to do things differently — with precision, with quality, and with respect for those who truly cook.

Today, we are a team of 21 people, with 4,200 m² of greenhouses, half a hectare outdoors, more than 140 live products, and over 700 clients across the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

But numbers alone don’t tell the whole story. These 10 years are made of daily choices. Of detail. Of invisible work. Of learning to do better, even when it’s already “good enough.” Of nurturing relationships with those who value what’s small but essential.

We remain humble, grateful, and firmly grounded. Grateful to those who believed in us from day one — 100 maneiras, Grupo José Avillez, SushiCafé, Sublime Comporta, Silk, Gadanha. To those who joined later. To those who left and left their mark. And, of course, to those who are here today, side by side, making it all happen.

Ten years later, we’re still looking ahead. Because this was never just about producing. It’s about contributing and creating real value for those on the other side. And doing it with consistency. No shortcuts.
