We firmly and concretely believe that prevention is better than cure. Not just as a saying, but as a guiding principle. With this in mind, we have started two training sessions with the Trafaria Volunteer Firefighters, focusing on Basic Life Support and Basic Intervention.

More than just fulfilling a requirement, we wanted to create real tools. To empower the team to act in moments that require clarity, speed, and confidence. Knowing how to recognise a critical situation, how to respond, and what to do when time counts.

There is an invisible side to this type of investment. It does not translate directly into the product or the service. But it is in everything. It is in the way we work, the confidence with which a decision is made, and the peace of mind of knowing that, if needed, we are prepared.

Teamwork is also this. It is looking out for one another beyond the obvious. It is ensuring that each person has the conditions not only to do their job well, but to be well while doing it.

These training sessions with the Trafaria Volunteer Firefighters are another step along that path. A quiet but essential step.

Because, in the end, what we build every day only makes sense if the people building it are protected.
