Since we don't use chemical insecticides, you may find some insects in the packaging. If that happens, soak the product in ice-cold water for 15 minutes with 2% white wine vinegar to sanitize it.
Violas are a larger version of pansies, with frilly petals, available in deep colours such as dark blue and purple, or vibrant shades of yellow and orange. With a slightly tangy flavour and a soft texture, these flowers add a touch of elegance to your creations, floating beautifully in cocktails and mocktails, and providing texture to dishes, cakes, tarts, and other desserts, enhancing their appearance and flavour.
