The Mini Kale Mix brings together different baby kale varieties in a selection designed to add visual diversity, texture, and freshness to the plate. With small, lightweight leaves that are effortless to arrange, it offers a natural combination of serrated shapes, delicate veins, and shades ranging from whites and deep greens to profound purples and pinks. Despite its delicate scale, it retains the characteristic green character of kale. The flavour is fresh and balanced, with mild green, slightly earthy notes and a very subtle bitterness that adds depth without becoming dominant. Its tender texture allows for versatile use, both raw and for delicate final touches. In the kitchen, it stands out for its ease of use and immediate visual impact. It works brilliantly in contemporary dishes due to its chromatic variety and the uniform size of the leaves, which allows you to build volume and detail with natural ease. It integrates beautifully into vegetable dishes, fish, meat, or brunch, serving as both a fresh and decorative element.
