In the final hours of this solar cycle, taking stock becomes inevitable.

For Microgreens, this was an intense, demanding and deeply transformative year. A year that challenged us in production, in constant adaptation and in managing the unexpected — something only those who work with living products truly understand. There were moments of great pressure, difficult decisions and lessons that are not found in manuals. They come from the field, the greenhouse, everyday life.

Even so, it was also a year of purposeful work. We continued to do what we do best. Producing edible flowers, microgreens and specialty products with rigour, respect for the product and passion for detail. We reached more than 600 restaurants daily in Portugal, Spain, France and Denmark, maintaining the trust of chefs, teams and establishments that share our demand for excellence. That alone is a great source of pride.

We grew in awareness, technique and vision. We tested new paths, refined processes, strengthened the team and planted seeds that are only now beginning to reveal their true potential. Not everything was easy, but everything was constructive.

On a human level, it was a year lived intensely. There was fatigue and uncertainty, but there was also unity, resilience and the certainty that we are in the right place, doing something that matters. Working with nature teaches us exactly that. Not all harvests are the same, but all of them have value.

We enter the coming year with hope, calm ambition and the sincere wish that it will be a more stable, more generous and more prosperous year for us, for our partners, clients and everyone who is part of this ecosystem.
