"Harvested by": a simple gesture, an entire story

In our boxes, there’s a small detail that might go unnoticed at first glance: a label, with the name of the person who harvested those products.
“Harvested by”.
Two simple words. But within them, a whole world lives.
It’s not a logistical step. It’s not a technical requirement. It’s a principle. A way of looking at work, of giving a face to care, of remembering that behind each flower there are human hands, attentive eyes, and a deep respect for nature and for the rhythm of things.
Since the very beginning of Microgreens, we wanted every harvested flower to carry the memory of the last person who touched it before it reached you. Because we believe food is not just matter — it’s also intention. And there is something deeply beautiful in knowing that the final touch, before each flower finds its place on a plate, belonged to someone with a name, someone who woke up early, who picked with care, who truly cared.
In a time when everything seems to come from anonymous machines, standardised and sterile, we chose to do things differently. To re-humanise. To give a face back to the gesture.
The name on the label is sometimes shy. Other times, it’s written with pride. But in either case, it is a real signature. A kind of invisible stamp that says: "I was here." I saw this flower open. I chose this one among many. I cared for it.
And maybe that’s just it, in the end — what makes this small detail… not so small after all.
