We deliver all products to mainland Portugal, Spain, and the Balearic Islands.
In Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, we deliver all products except live microgreens..
For Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands:
We accept orders with confirmed payment until 2:59 PM (Portugal time) on the day before delivery. However, you can place your order up to 7 days in advance by selecting the desired date in the cart before completing your purchase.
If the chosen date is not yet available, you will need to wait.
For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:
Orders placed and paid by 2:00 PM (Portugal time) are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-2 business days.
For Portugal, Spain, and the Balearic Islands:
You can and should! In the shopping cart, there is a calendar where you can choose the date you want to receive your order. The day before, you will receive a shipping notification email, and on the chosen date, Nacex will make the delivery. It is very important that you are reachable on the day of delivery to ensure nothing goes wrong.*

At the moment, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date for these countries. Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Yes, the minimum order amount is €12.

-Economy: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 5:00pm – €3.90
-Premium: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 1:00pm – €4.90
-Urgent: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 10:30am (in some areas this service may be delayed up to 1h30, so please confirm with us before choosing it) – €9.90
Spain:
-Economy: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 5:00pm – €6.90
-Premium: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 1:00pm – €7.90

Balearic Islands:
-Balearic Shipping: Delivery on the selected day from 8:30am to 5:00pm – From €19.55

-DHL/Fedex Express: Delivery in 1–2 business days – From €18.80
Denmark:
-DHL/Fedex Express: Delivery in 1–2 business days – From 180 DKK

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:
Flownie includes free express shipping. However, due to the high cost of express air transport, we are unable to offer free shipping for other products in these countries.
We would love to meet you and show you our amazing production, but to ensure we can serve all our customers, we only operate with deliveries, so it's not possible to pick up your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from Nacex, DHL or FedEx, depending on the delivery country.
Even so, we have a team monitoring all shipments and, at the slightest issue, we will contact you and the carrier to speed up the delivery.
Please make sure you are reachable on the day of delivery, as if the first delivery attempt fails, we may not be able to guarantee timely and proper delivery.
To ensure maximum freshness, we only prepare your order the day before delivery. This way, we guarantee a maximum of 24 hours from harvest to delivery!
*Whenever there is any situation that prevents the completion or delivery of your order under the previously defined conditions, you will be contacted to find a joint solution.
*It is your responsibility to ensure that you are reachable and present at the indicated address on the selected delivery day and time to prevent delivery failure.
