Our super box has been at the heart of the care we put into every order. Those who follow us know how seriously we take every detail of our process, from how we grow to how we deliver. Our polystyrene boxes are an essential part of that care, precisely designed to perfectly fit our products and ensure the best possible preservation during transport.

With orders growing steadily, we decided to take an important step: investing in a new mould, capable of producing the number of boxes we now require. This investment would increase efficiency, ensure autonomy and maintain the same quality you've come to expect.

But, as so often happens in industry, theory didn’t quite match practice. As soon as production moved to the machine, the mould showed issues on the very first run, and suddenly we were left without our boxes – the very ones that are so crucial to our daily work.

Faced with this, we had to quickly activate our contingency plan: resort to simpler boxes, which lack the same look and sturdiness. It's not what we wanted or envisioned, but it’s what allows us to keep fulfilling orders without disruption.

We want you to know that this solution is only temporary. We’re actively working with the manufacturer to fix the mould issues as quickly as possible, and everything is being done to get our super boxes back soon.
