Our powerful hot sauce is handcrafted from our own Carolina Reaper chillies, the hottest chilli in the world. It is the result of crossing the Pakistani Naga chilli with the Red Habanero. It has a fruity flavour and is equivalent to the 7 Pot Chilli Pepper. For comparison, it can be up to 880 times hotter than a traditional jalapeño! Our hot sauce is potent, but despite being made with the hottest chilli in the world, it is flavourful and highly gastronomic. It comes in a dropper bottle for easy dosing and a wooden base.
