April is, without a doubt, one of the most generous months of the year.

With spring now firmly established, production gains rhythm, diversity, and consistency. It is a time when everything seems to align: more light, more stable temperatures, and a clear response from the plants.

It is also the moment when some of our most anticipated products begin to return!! :-)

Elderflower marks the season once again with its delicate and unmistakable aromatic profile. Scented Geraniums bring intensity and identity, with notes that go far beyond the visual. Dahlias and Zinnias are starting to appear, adding colour, structure, and new possibilities to the plate.

Garlic Flowers and Courgette Flowers are just around the corner, still in their early stages, but promising to join our available selection soon.

At the same time, some products are already fully present! Mini Tomberries have already started appearing, bringing freshness and balance, and microgreen production is entering a phase of greater abundance, with faster growth and more defined flavours.

This is April. A transition month that quickly transforms into plenty.

More variety, more availability, and more room to create.
