A new flower in the kitchen

We have recently added a new protagonist to our selection: the White Garlic Flower.

The White Garlic Flower is distinguished by its visual delicacy and subtle aromatic profile, capable of adding depth without overpowering. It features small, star-shaped white flowers grouped in a light, elegant structure that brings volume and sophistication to the plate.

On the palate, it reveals mild notes of fresh garlic, slightly vegetal and sweet, far more delicate than the traditional bulb. It is precisely this balance that makes it so interesting in the kitchen: it adds aroma and complexity without dominating the other ingredients.
