SALES POLICY

The present conditions aim to define the general conditions of sale, established between Microgreens and the customer, from the act of ordering to the various services provided by Microgreens, as well as the payment methods and the delivery conditions of the goods. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

REGISTRATION DATA

To place the order, the customer must provide personal data, his name, address, tax number, and other requested data.

To do this, you must complete all mandatory fields.

When placing his order, the customer expresses his knowledge and his acceptance, full and complete, of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

In compliance with Law No. 67/98, of 26 October on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform that the processing of personal data collected on the www.microgreens.pt portal is the responsibility of Microgreens Unip Lda, headquartered in Quinta da Princesa, Estrada do Talaminho 2845-433 Amora, legal person 513612254, assuming this entire commitment to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each client's personal data. Personal data are processed by computer, being transmitted to the transport companies, for the purpose of delivery, as well as to our accounting department, for the purpose of billing. The client authorizes Microgreens to use his personal data provided, for the purposes set forth herein.

PRICE POLICY

The prices established in this virtual store will only be valid for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date. All articles presented on the website are subject to stock availability. Any order is subject to further confirmation.

In the absence of product availability, Microgreens undertakes to inform the customer, advising a similar product or reimbursing the amounts spent.

Missing items may be replaced with a similar one.

Prices must be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any modification of the applicable VAT type will be reflected in the prices of the products. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Special promotions or campaigns launched on the www.microgreens.pt portal only apply to orders placed online.

NATIONAL DELIVERIES

Microgreens makes national deliveries, covering the entire continental national territory.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Microgreens delivers to Europe but not with temperature-controlled transport. It will be the customer's responsibility when selecting products that require controlled temperature.

PAYMENTS

All orders placed through the store www.microgreens.pt in which the payment is not settled within the maximum period of 8 days, will be canceled.

The customer will have two forms of payment at his disposal:

1. ATM reference - at the end of the order, the respective references will be provided.

2. Paypal - at the end of the order you will be redirected to the paypal website in order to make the payment.

The entire operation of selecting the payment method to be used and entering data related to the order payment process is properly protected.

DELIVERIES AND DISTRIBUTION

Any order placed and settled until 12:30 pm, will be dispatched on the same day, being delivered whenever possible on the next business day, until 8:00 pm, from Tuesday to Friday. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.

PRODUCT QUALITY, TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY POLICY

Microgreens offers you a wide range of microgreens, edible flowers and leaves and mini vegetables and guarantees the maximum quality of your products.

The order is prepared on the day of dispatch so that the product reaches the final destination as fresh as possible.

Any order placed and settled until 12:30 pm, will be dispatched on the same day, being delivered as soon as possible until the next business day until 8pm. In case of any unforeseen circumstances we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

SATISFACTION AND RETURNS POLICY

The customer benefits from a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order to return the ordered items, if they do not fully meet their expectations, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree- Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

In the case of product returns, microgreens.pt refunds the entire value of the goods, with the exception of perishable items, which cannot be returned, except when they undergo changes in their organoleptic characteristics during transport.

In these cases, in which the customer detects any imperfection or damage to the product, he must immediately contact Microgreens who will quickly solve the problem. All products sent must be examined by the Customer immediately after receipt. If the transport box is damaged or closed with carrier tape, the guide must be signed by writing "Damaged box" or "Closed with carrier tape" and if possible a photograph must be taken showing the damage, so that the safe. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us before or after ordering.

In the event that no one is at the destination address, the goods are returned to the transportation company's premises and the customer will then be contacted to schedule a new delivery date. In this case, the customer will lose the return option even if the product shows changes in its organoleptic characteristics, since the delivery time will be longer than expected and guaranteed by Microgreens and the carrier.

Microgreens declines any responsibility for any errors published on the portal, due to technical anomalies. In the treatment of your order, any and all price errors that may be presented on the portal will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product presented on the portal is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and will be able to accept or cancel the order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the virtual store www.microgreens.pt, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of Microgreens Unip Lda. Customers who have a personal Internet portal and wish to place a simple direct link to their website at www.microgreens.pt for their personal use, must request authorization from the www.microgreens.pt. In this case, it will not be an implicit affiliation or partnership agreement. On the other hand, any hypertext link directed to the www.microgreens.pt portal and using the framing or in-line linking technique is formally prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed with a simple request from www.microgreens.pt.

TOTAL AGREEMENT

The present general conditions of sale constitute the total agreement between the parties in reference. If one of the clauses of the present conditions becomes null and void, due to a legislative, normative or sentence change, this should in no way affect its validity and respect.

DURATION OF CONDITIONS

These conditions apply for the duration of the services offered by www.microgreens.pt.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE

Microgreens is not responsible if import taxes are used in the country of purchase, being the customer's responsibility.

Portuguese law applies to the sales conditions presented. In the absence of resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising from these Sales Policies will be submitted to the Tribunal of Seixal.
