SALES POLICY

The purpose of these conditions is to define the general terms of sale, established between Microgreens and the customer, from the time of ordering to the various services provided by Microgreens, as well as the methods of payment and the conditions of delivery of the goods. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

 

REGISTRATION DATA

To place an order, the customer must provide personal data, including their name, address, taxpayer number, and other requested information.

To do so, all mandatory fields must be filled out.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and fully accepts the general terms of sale, the prices, and the description of the products involved in this transaction. These general terms of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

In compliance with Law No. 67/98, of October 26, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform that the processing of personal data collected on the portal www.microgreens.pt is the responsibility of Microgreens Unip Lda, based at Quinta da Princesa, Estrada do Talaminho 2845-433 Amora, corporate entity 513612254, which fully commits to privacy and security in processing and maintaining each customer's personal data. Personal data is processed electronically and transmitted to transport companies for delivery purposes, as well as to our accounting department for invoicing purposes. The customer authorizes Microgreens to use the personal data provided for the purposes outlined here.

 

PRICING POLICY

The prices set in this virtual store are only valid for the day they are announced, remaining in effect for the customer who orders on that date. All items presented on the site are subject to stock availability. Any order is subject to subsequent confirmation.

In the absence of product availability, Microgreens commits to informing the customer, advising a similar product or refunding the amounts spent.

Out-of-stock items may be replaced by a similar one.

Prices are to be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. The prices presented take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any modification in the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the product prices. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

For international orders, prices may vary according to local taxes and import duties applicable in each country. Import duties are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility.

Special promotions or campaigns launched on the portal www.microgreens.pt only apply to online orders.

 

PAYMENTS

All orders placed through the store www.microgreens.pt for which payment is not settled within a maximum period of 8 days will be canceled. Payment must be made by 2 pm on the day before the chosen shipping date.

The customer has three payment methods available:

 1 - Multibanco: a Multibanco reference will be generated by Easypay, which will appear as the entity name. 

 

2 - Mbway: the customer will receive an authorization request on the Mbway app or their bank app to authorize the payment. After making the payment request, the customer has only 3 minutes to accept it in the app. If it expires, the payment can be requested again. 

 

3 - Visa / Mastercard: the customer can also pay with a credit or debit card, either Visa or Mastercard.

The entire process of selecting the payment method to be used and entering the data inherent to the payment process of the order is duly protected.
