Any customer with a personal website who wishes to place a simple link directly to the homepage of www.microgreens.pt must request authorization from www.microgreens.pt. This will not imply any form of affiliation or partnership. On the other hand, any hypertext link directed to www.microgreens.pt using framing or in-line linking techniques is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed upon request from www.microgreens.pt.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These general sales conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Should any clause of these conditions become null and void due to a legislative, regulatory change, or a court ruling, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.

DURATION OF THE CONDITIONS

These conditions apply throughout the duration of the services offered by www.microgreens.pt.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Microgreens is not responsible if import taxes are applied in the country of purchase, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

The presented sales conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the absence of a resolution by agreement between the parties, any dispute arising from these Sales Policies will be submitted to the Court of Seixal.
