This shall not constitute an implicit agreement of affiliation or partnership. Furthermore, any hypertext link directed to the www.microgreens.pt portal using framing or in-line linking techniques is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorised, must be removed upon simple request from www.microgreens.pt.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These general conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned. Should any clause of these conditions become null and void as a result of a legislative or regulatory change or a court ruling, this shall in no way affect their validity and enforceability.

DURATION OF THE CONDITIONS

These conditions apply throughout the duration of the services offered by www.microgreens.pt.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Microgreens accepts no responsibility if import taxes are applied in the country of purchase, these being the customer's responsibility.

The conditions of sale presented are governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to the jurisdiction mandatorily applicable to the consumer under the law, the parties shall seek to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to the competent courts.
