Since we don't use chemical insecticides, you may find some insects in the packaging. If that happens, soak the product in ice-cold water for 15 minutes with 2% white wine vinegar to sanitize it.
Cosmos flowers have wide petals in shades of pink, purple, white, and orange. With a slight carrot flavor, they are an excellent addition to color and enrich various dishes. They can be used in multiple ways: they are great for adding color to salads, both leafy and fruit-based, can decorate starters like carpaccios or ceviches, or grilled fish and chicken dishes.
