Since we do not use chemical insecticides, you may find some insects in the packaging. If this happens, immerse the product in cold water for 15 minutes with 2% white wine vinegar to sanitize.
Our mini oxalis have a vibrant colour and a shape reminiscent of butterfly wings, offering contrast and delicacy to any dish. From the family of clovers and wild sorrels, they have an umami flavour, an addictive acidity, and are slightly bitter with hints of lemon and beetroot. They should be used raw to preserve colour and flavour in dishes with crustaceans, seafood, fish, or vegetable dishes. They can also be used to complement salads and desserts for a refreshing touch.
