Since we don't use chemical insecticides, you may find some insects in the packaging. If that happens, soak the product in ice-cold water for 15 minutes with 2% white wine vinegar to sanitize it.
Our Micro Parsley is small and delicate but big in its fresh, herbaceous flavour. Its bright green leaves are perfect for decorating and seasoning a variety of dishes - red meats, fish, and poultry. Originating from the Mediterranean region, parsley is a popular herb often used as a seasoning and garnish. Brought to Western Europe by the Romans, it continues to be an essential ingredient in modern cuisine, providing freshness and flavour to dishes. Add it just before serving to avoid bitterness. It is best used fresh rather than cooked, fried, or dried, as its finer structure gives it a more subtle flavour and a pleasant mouthfeel.
