You don't always need sugar to sweeten a dish. Sometimes, a single leaf is enough. Our Stevia arrives in your kitchen as a microgreen: small, delicate, in a vibrant yet almost discreet green. But the first bite changes everything. The flavour is sweet, clean, and remarkably long-lasting—more vegetal and aromatic than sugar, with a presence that lingers on the palate. More than replacing sugar, Stevia serves to create contrast, balance acidity, or introduce a sweet note where no one would expect it. It can be used in desserts, tart fruits, citrus, and berries; yoghurts, fresh cheeses, and chocolate; as a contrast to aromatic herbs, spices, and bitter notes; in savoury dishes, tomatoes, fermented vegetables, ceviches, and other acidic preparations, where a single leaf introduces sweetness without liquids, sauces, or sugar. Just one or two leaves are enough to change the entire reading of a dish. Use it with precision, like an aromatic herb or spice, rather than a main ingredient. Served whole, it surprises: the diner sees a discreet green leaf, only to discover afterwards the sweet intensity it conceals.
